Some elements of the Charismatic movement put a great emphasis on the need to receive the Holy Spirit AFTER a person has been saved. The word of God however makes it clear that just as every believer receives and is indwelt by the Father and Son at salvation, this same fact is true of the Holy Spirit of God.
