Read 5.2 – The key verse on the filling of the Spirit in the New Testament

This verse gives the believer a direct command to be filled with the Spirit. There is no
indication this filling is permanent whereas the baptism with the Spirit that occurs at salvation only
happens once in a believer’s life – AT salvation!
